- make sure the Destination is
free and the software is loaded prior to the lesson
- walk through the PowerPoint
tutorial together before beginning the software

| Activities: |
- Using the PowerPoint Tutorial,
go through the expectations of what they will be doing with the
software Richard Scarry's Busytown Best Math Program Ever
- After the tutorial is viewed,
open up the program on the Destination Machine and have the students
tell you how to get into the store section of the software
- In groups of two, have
students work together to determine which coins will make up the
amount the cashier at the ski store is asking for
